This was our first visit to Etang Hirondelle, and it did not disappoint. 

The weather was hot, reaching 36’C on a couple of days. 

Set in a rural part of the beautiful, uncrowded  Mayenne region of France and just a short 10-minute drive to the local amenities which has everything you need. 

The gîte is very comfortable and well equipped is a short distance from the main house.

Linda and Glen cannot do enough to make sure everything is perfect and are on hand to assist if you need anything. The grounds are immaculate, and you can see the pride they take in ensuring their guests have a holiday to remember.

The fish are in excellent condition, and we caught between 12 & 40lb, (catching my PB of a 37lb mirror)
