Our second visit to Etang Hirondelle and it was as fantastic as we remembered it. Glen and Linda are fantastic hosts and are available for any help that may be needed. The gite was extremely comfortable and the stone walls kept it cool in the heat with everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The grounds are very well maintained and in keeping with the rustic area – love walking around the lake spotting kingfishers and ducks! The exclusive use of the well stocked lake is a real treat, plenty of fish were caught ranging from 49lb 11 down to a 6lb pike. All in all a great weeks fishing and holiday. Can’t wait until the next time!
